Dr. Imaad N. Nasir, MD

Dr. Imaad N. Nasir is a neurologist in Thousand Oaks, California, with clinical expertise in dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and other neurodegenerative and geriatric conditions.

He completed a fellowship in Behavioral Neurology at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine and a neurology residency at the University of Arizona College of Medicine–Tucson. His published research spans frontotemporal and early-onset Alzheimer’s dementia and primary progressive aphasia.

As a medical advisor to Cogtraining, he helps ground our cognitive-care curriculum in current clinical understanding — so what learners practice reflects how cognition is actually assessed and supported.
